Welcome
Hi, I’m Jess - the therapist behind Jess Rose Therapy.
My practice is a warm inclusive space where you can explore, heal, and grow - especially if you’re neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ or just figuring things out.
I offer a space that feels safe, human, down-to-earth and judgment-free.

I do things a little differently to help clients navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and purpose.
It’s not about perfection - it’s about connection; I support my clients to prioritise their wellbeing, explore who they are, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Therapy with me isn’t about diagnoses, fixing, or ticking boxes - it’s about real conversations, compassion, and growth that fits you.

Therapy isn’t selfish - it’s self-care that changes lives.
I can walk beside you and together we can start looking at what is worrying you, and how we can make things better through a deeper understanding of who you are.

"I will forever be grateful to Jess, from our very first call. I still remember it vividly, and how her words and presence instantly became a source of comfort and hope for me. I am beyond confident that Jess will go on to help others the same way she helped me - with kindness, compassion, professionalism and expertise."
"I met Jess and she rebuilt me brick by brick, Jess saved my life. She gave me my life back. She gave me tools to be able to work on my anxiety and depression especially when I was in a place where I thought that would be possibly. Jess made everything in my brain feel less daunting less loud and gave me tools to get better. Jess gets my sarcasm and humour and really gets me. I can completely be myself which I'm putting through into my real life and not being the shadow of myself anymore."
"Jess built me up again, making me feel validated for my previously unrecognised ADHD symptoms. She got me through every agonising moment of uncertaintity and panic, helped me to learn to roll with the punches and realise that setbacks aren't the end of the world."
"Jess was a huge help for me during a tough time at University. I had had a bad experience with therapy in the past, so always found it very difficult to open up about mental health struggles. Luckily, I was put in touch with Jess who made me feel totally comfortable in opening up about my struggles. She is somebody who clearly really does care. I can't recommend her enough!"
