Services
I work Monday to Fridays and try to make my practice as flexible and inclusive as possible. I may be able to offer evening or early morning appointments depending on your needs.
My standard price is £50 per session.
I have some lower cost slots available, including a special student rate - please get in touch to enquire about pricing and availability.
In Person Sessions
I offer in person face-to-face sessions in my cosy, quiet, private room based in Aylesham in Kent (a village about 10 minutes from both Canterbury and Dover) and have free private parking available right outside and both bus and train transport links are available.
Online / Remote Sessions
Available with and without video, online counselling is a great option for those with a stable internet connection who cannot travel or find the time to commute within their already busy lives
Text based sessions
Text-based counselling can be a great alternative for those who have hearing difficulties, those with a range of neurodiverse traits who find interaction difficult or, and those who simply do not have a private space where they won't be overheard.
Short-term therapy is a focused, time-limited approach to counselling, it usually runs for a set number of sessions (often 6–12), with a clear focus agreed from the start.
It works best when you have had previous therapy and need a 'touch up' or there is a specific issue you want support with such as mild anxiety, temporary stress, a life change, relationship difficulties, or a pattern you’d like to understand or shift.
Long-term therapy is an open-ended approach to counselling that allows time for deeper exploration and change. Rather than working to a set number of sessions, the pace and length of therapy are guided by your needs.
It can be particularly helpful for long-standing difficulties, complex relationships, early life experiences, trauma, or when patterns keep repeating and you want to understand them at a deeper level.
